The plastic surgeons at Loma Linda University Medical Center are nationally recognized leaders in the fields of cosmetic surgery, breast reconstruction, wound healing, microsurgery, skin substitutes and facial trauma. With years of training and experience performing pioneering procedures, our plastic surgeons have the surgical skills to perform all of the latest cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.
All of our surgeons are board-certified or board eligible by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and/or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
Full-Time Attending Faculty:
Subhas Gupta, MD, PhD, FRCSC, FACS, is the Chair of the Department of Plastic Surgery at Loma Linda University. He focuses his practice on aesthetic surgery of the face, body and breast, as well as complex wound reconstruction and hand surgery.
Derek Cody, MD, MS, focuses his practice on reconstructive breast surgery and microsurgery.
Michael E. Hill, MD, PhD, FACS, is the residency program director. He is a broadly trained plastic surgeon with a PhD in Anatomy. His specialized knowledge of the body helps him excel at breast and body reconstruction.
Mark Martin, MD, DMD, FRCSC, is the associate residency director. He is also dual trained in plastic surgery and dentistry with an additional fellowship in craniofacial surgery. He is a member of the Craniofacial Team at Loma Linda University Medical Center and specializes in maxillofacial trauma and reconstruction.
Andrea Ray, MD, completed a fellowship in craniofacial surgery and her practice focuses primarily on pediatric plastic surgery. She is a member of the Craniofacial Team at Loma Linda University Medical Center.
Frank Rogers, MD, MBA, FACS, is fellowship trained in hand surgery and oncology and focuses his practice on upper extremity surgery and skin cancer reconstruction.
Catherine Walsh, MD, is fellowship trained in hand surgery. She focuses her practice on upper extremity surgery and general reconstruction.
